The Art of Invention Is In My Heart
It All Started With An Idea.
The telephone rang nonstop at night during schooldays and weekends. I was trying to sleep, but my sister's friends kept calling up until 2:00AM. I decided to do something about it. I wanted a way to make all the phones in the house stop ringing, but I needed a way for calls to still come in and get routed to the proper person. So I made a prototype. And then I patented it. Then I sold the patent. That's how I began.
When I got into the art and business of invention I realized that the market for IP was enormous, but most people couldn't get into it. Not enough time these days to ideate. Not enough time to ideate quality ideas. Not enough time to figure out the business. Not enough time to get out of the "rat race".
I realized that my Intellectual Property could generate quite a bit of revenue, but there were different ways to monetize. I could, perhaps, own everything and do everything myself. Or, I could seek potential business minded allies who are psyched about taking a shaped idea into the marketplace for Techies, Early Adopters to savor over, and then pile over to the mainstream consumer- the largest market.
This website was born out of the desire to keep the traditional business model of IP to product to manufacturer to distributor to retail to consumer, instead of me owning everything and selling direct to consumer. Geeez. Share the Revenue People. Right? Why does everyone want to keep it like the Kaiser?
That said, the prices for the Rights to each Turn Key business I am selling can be steep for some. But it takes money to make money. You get what you pay for. These businesses are ripe for the picking, and are absolutely the lowest price you'll pay for IP of this caliber.
Disclaimer: I do not guarantee you'll make money with any of the IP I sell on my website. That's up to your business acumen.
